For some sticking to even the most clear inspiring recommendations can be a challenge. Food and health coaching can be an effective way to support you through the lifestyle changes, helping keep you focused on your goals offering invaluable support, motivation tips and tactics along the way, enabling you to stick to your plan and enjoy the changes as well as reaping the benefits as a result. Investing like this in your health means that you often stick to the changes rather than reverting to the old patterns and habits.

How does food and health coaching work?

We maintain regular contact either in person, by telephone or email, often combinations of the three, we work together to get you the result you want.

After the initial consultation, we set up a scheduled diary of follow-up contact over an agreed period of time, we use this time to create strategies, introduce new habits, and create goals and targets. Many clients find that by just having that one-2-one contact supporting them through the changes is enough to give them the confidence to achieve the results they want.

Coaching is tailored to each individual requirements, some need some coaching contact each week for a month or two, some need more or less, it is never the same for any two people.
